Interests and Hobbies:
Some of my main interests are business, helping others and health and fitness which were all motivating factors behind me starting Over 60 Exercise.
I also have a keen interest in public speaking which has seen me hold many motivational presentations in Oxfordshire based schools and networking clubs
Although I do not currently partake in martial arts classes, this is another interest of mine.
Finally, I love to expand my Comfort Zone, meaning I love doing things that are character building. I recently took my first motor glider flight and am now looking forward to my first parachute jump!!
