Personal training

How it works:

. Personal training can be booked for 1-1 sessions or small groups
. A free informal consultation will be held where we will discuss what it is you are aiming for, as well as how we can help you to achieve it
. If a working relationship is agreed upon, an exercise programme as well as optional nutritional guidance will then be provided
. Personal training sessions can then be booked in packages of hourly sessions

. Home based
. Outside based
. Local village halls (subject to availability)
